Mr. Currie served as Company Secretary of Oracle Energy Corp., from January 2011 to November 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Oracle Energy Corp. from October 2004 to June 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and President at Toba Industries Ltd. He served as a Secretary of Brand Marvel Worldwide Consumer Products Corporation. He served as a Director of Oracle Energy Corp. from October 2004 to February 2015. He is also a director of Vatic Ventures Corp.
Mark Forster
CFO
Mark Forster is Chief Financial Officer and joined the company in 2006. Mr. Forster has 30 years of experience in financial and management accounting for banking, manufacturing, oil and gas, and mining companies. His prior CFO experience includes Teletouch Services and MYM Nutraceuticals. Mr. Forster was also a manager at BearingPoint (KPMG). He is a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA, CGA) registered in British Columbia and studied Accounting at the University of British Columbia and British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Thomas Wilson

Mr. Wilson is a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA-CA) with over 45 years of senior financial experience in areas of financial planning and management including corporate governance and securities compliance for both public and private companies. Within the junior mining sector, he has been the CFO for numerous private and public companies. Mr. Wilson is a graduate of PwC Canada.
Pieter Bakker, MBA
Independent Director
Mr. Bakker is a mining finance and capital markets professional with over 15 years of experience in mineral exploration, public company administration, and capital markets across Canada and Southeast Asia. He has served as an officer, director, and audit committee chair for TSXV-listed issuers, with hands-on experience in equity financings, corporate governance, financial reporting, continuous disclosure, and exchange compliance. Mr. Bakker has helped structure and complete more than $12 million in equity financings across junior mining companies and has advised on mineral sector opportunities, commodity markets, and project economics, including potash-related advisory work in Thailand. He holds an Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University’s Americas Program and an MA in Political Science from Leiden University. He currently serves on the boards of Stockworks Gold Inc. and Quadro Resources Ltd.
Thomas Wikstrom

Mr. Wikström is a Finnish business development consultant and seasoned financial advisor with extensive experience supporting major corporations and banking institutions. Over the course of his career, he has held senior financial roles across Northern Europe, including positions with Union Bank of Finland in Helsinki, Christiania Bank in Oslo, and Skopbank in Helsinki, as well as with several international institutions including Banco di Napoli, Berliner Bank International, Lampebank International, PC Power S.a.r.l., and Landsbanki in Luxembourg. He has successfully raised capital for numerous early-stage ventures and has built a strong track record delivering results across diverse financial markets.
